What payments do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards such as VISA and Mastercard.

I just placed my order. When should I expect my order?

Awesome! Thank you! All of our shipping is done through USPS. Please see https://www.usps.com/ship/mail-shipping-services.htm for shipping times. It will take up to 1-2 days to process your order. Once your order is processed, we will provide you with a tracking number (if available).

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Unfortunately, we only ship to within the 50 states.

I’m not sure if I’m using my product correctly. Can you help me?

What is your return/refund policy?

We are able to provide a 100% refund for any unopened and unused product returned within 5 days after you received it. We do not charge a restocking fee, however, you will be responsible for the shipping cost for any products returned. Please contact landkspaskincare@gmail.com for more information.

Spa FAQs

Where is LandK Skincare located?

We are located at 3854 W Waters Ave, Tampa, FL 33614 inside of the Wink Beauty Bar salon.

What hours are you open?

We are mainly appointment based but our general hours are 10AM to 8PM Monday to Sunday.

Do you take walk-ins?

We do take walk-ins but can not guarantee you will be seen. We strongly recommend booking an appointment at our Skin Care Services page through our Setmore app. Your appointment will ensure you are seen at that time/day.

How do I know what I need for my skin?

At your first visit, we will do a free consultation on the status of your skin. From there we will recommend products and treatments to give you your desired results.

I don’t live in Tampa, Florida. What are my options for skin care treatments?

We can recommend products on our Skincare Products page based on your skin. Unfortunately, we do not travel to provide Skin Care services. We have had clients travel from out of town/state to our spa.

How long will my appointment be?

Each treatment varies, but generally an hour to an hour and a half. More severe skin may take more time as we will need more time to properly prepare and treat.

What do I need for post treatment?

We will recommend aftercare products to help maintain the healing of your skin, as well as any second appointments recommended to continue your journey to glowing skin.

I am unsatisfied with the results. What is your refund/return policy?

We always aim to satisfy our clients with our treatments. However, any services rendered are not refundable. We will work with you to help get you the results you want. Although results vary, getting that glowing skin is a process that takes time and dedication.
